🐴 Please bare in mind nothing with horses ever sticks to the exact same day/time ect be prepared to be a little flexible some run over time some run early I will always keep text updates with times/days
🐴Some may need to stay a week longer, some may leave a week earlier every horse is different every horse has different needs, owner circumstances change things happen unexpectedly with collects/drop offs so we try to be a little flexible and do our bet to work round things together
🐴 If you have a horse or pony with me for breaking and schooling I will keep you updated with regular updates/photos/videos ect
🐴 Please if you send one to me don't leave your horse with me then ghost me, I have other clients waiting to send horses and ponies if you ghost me and not collect your horse or pony when arranged that then means I have a backlog and have to push people back and so on
🐴Livery deposits are non refundable
(only refunded if a horse has a positive strangles test and can't come)
🐴Clipping deposits on booking NON Refundable if you cancel with no notice (at least 4 days notice)
Happy to swap dates once only.
🐴Horses must be bathed and clean for clipping at all times, blade sharpening charges will be applied if there dirty
🐴Cancellations fees apply if no deposit was paid, cancellations within 24hrs of me due full payment is to be made, cancellations made 48hr before I'm due half of the payment is due i won't be able to fill these places in time
🐴I will NOT take responsibility of group bookings and orders of who you want clipping first or last, please deal with this yourselves and make sure everyone is happy before I attend, canceling last minute because of non organisation means a cancellation fee
🐴I will work with and around you all as much as I possibly can, I am solely on my own I'm only human
🐴Horses booked in for clipping that require a vet sedation they will take priority over others due to timings of the vet
🐴Any horse or pony I go to clip deemed to be dangerous or likely to cause injuries to myself or themselves I will not carry on and request the horse or pony to be under sedation by the vet
🐴Riding/schooling I ask horses to be in and ready to be worked, I don't have time to be bringing horses and ponies in from fields
🐴Teaching please can you be ready and tacked up for your lesson on arrival otherwise tacking up time will be loss of lesson time, I will text when I am on my way to give you time
🐴Due to late payments if payment is not paid on the day of the job being done I will be adding a daily surcharge of £10 per day for a late fee each day from the day it should have been paid!
